With Workplace they created an open group called “Learning & Development | Product training” where every product or service expert goes live weekly explaining the offering and conducting a Q&A session. Since the session gets posted on the group after the live video ends, people can watch it at their convenience in case they missed it live or wanted to refresh their learning.
