Vikas has close to two decades of experience in ITES (KPO), IT & Consulting., and in the past has participated in the development of trade planning and compliance solutions for logistics giants in North America, the European Union and Asia. Vikas has been hands-on in managing the entire life cycle of projects from strategy formulation and implementation to final delivery, transition & support. He is a seasoned Operations/Program/Delivery Management Specialist, and is best known for engineering the most effective ways to run Programs, Projects and Operations to maximize Customer Delight while simultaneously bolstering the bottom-line through time and cost savings. At Searce, Vikas plays a pivotal role in Delivery Management of the IT Services and applications business. He is also a part of General Management participating in the formulation of strategy including branding, marketing communications and penetration of Global markets. Vikas holds a Bachelor's degree from Bangalore University with a number of post-graduate certifications in technology and management from PMI, QAI, Rational University, World Council for Corporate Governance and the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta).

Ekta has over 13 years of experience in managing IT resources including developing business software solutions and solving complex business problems. She has expertise in customized application software development as a developer, manager and a software architect and has an in-depth knowledge and systems analysis experience over a wide variety of domains. She is proficient in web development using ASP.net, HTML, VBScript, Visual Basic, and Adobe Photoshop. She has led initiatives to streamline business operations at various organizations she has been a part of and has played a leadership role in academy-wide initiatives including accreditation and industrial certification. Prior to joining the fun life at Searce, she was the head of the Computer Science department at Christ College (with 2000+ students) and served as a subject matter expert on Computer Science.
Ekta holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering with 2nd rank in the University. At Searce, she manages the generation of business process requirements, IT application support management and IT resource management. She knows how to get the best out of her team and has excellent time management skills.
